Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Online Orders: We encourage dealers to take advantage of our secure online shopping site. Once you have been approved as a dealer, visit www.RiversEdgeProducts.com, and sign in to your new Dealer Account to view all available products for purchase. All products will be listed with Dealer and Retail pricing. You will also be able to view the complete print catalog, as well as current flyers. 

Terms: We will ship Net 30 days to any approved account. Contact Rivers Edge for a credit application which requires approximately two weeks to process. We are happy to hold your order until your application is approved. If you prefer to have your order shipped immediately you may pay by Visa, Master Card or Discover.
We will not honor advertising claims without prior written approval.
Shipping: Orders less than $1400.00 will ship FOB St. Clair, Missouri, by FedEx or UPS with the freight amount added to your invoice. Orders over $1400.00* and shipping within the lower 48 states will be shipped freight free by the carrier of our choice. Most orders ship within 48 hours. *Any additional freight services and / or accessorial fees will be billed to your account.
Pickup Orders: Please submit your order a minimum of 24 hours before desired pickup time.
Pricing: The prices listed here are for legitimate retailers only and are intended for use by merchants with a Resale or Exemption Certificate. See the explanation below on how our new dealer pricing code works.
Prices are subject to change without notice.  We reseve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions.
Minimum Order: Our minimum order is $25.00. Orders between $25.00 and $99.99 will incur a shipping fee. Backorders under $100.00 will be canceled. If you prefer not to accept backorders please inform us when placing your order. If your initial order shipped prepaid, your backorders will also ship prepaid.
Canceled Orders: Any order canceled after processing will result in a 20% restocking fee.
Canada Customers: You must use your own broker please include the brokers name and phone number with your order.
Damages/Shortages: Must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. No credit will be given for unauthorized returns. Returns must be accompanied by an RA number. This can be obtained by calling customer service at (888) 326-6200.
